Terms of service
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms are between you (the business signing up) and ReadyYet. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@readyyet.co.uk.
The service
ReadyYet lets you send customers a live link showing how their job is going, keep bookings and customer files, collect new-client forms, and email customers automatically. We’ll keep improving it, which sometimes means changing or removing features. If we remove something you rely on, we’ll tell you first.
Your account
- Keep your login safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- The details you give us about your business should be accurate.
- You must be a business (including a sole trader) and at least 18.
Paying
- ReadyYet costs £14.99 a month, paid monthly in advance by card through Stripe. Prices include any VAT that applies.
- Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Plan & billing; you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part months.
- If a payment fails we’ll try again for a while; if it still fails, the account is paused until it’s sorted. Nothing is deleted.
- We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change.
Your customers and their information
- You’re responsible for the information you collect about your customers and for having a good reason to use it (for example, to do the job they’ve booked).
- We process it only to run ReadyYet for you, as described in our privacy policy, and we keep it confidential and secure. Those commitments form our data processing agreement with you.
- Only send live links, forms and emails to people who are your customers. Don’t use ReadyYet for marketing or spam.
Fair use
Don’t use ReadyYet for anything illegal, to upload anything offensive or that you don’t have the right to, or to try to break or overload it. We can suspend accounts that do, and we’ll tell you why.
Your content
Your logo, photos, notes and customer details stay yours. You let us store and show them only so ReadyYet can work for you. You can delete them at any time, and ask us to delete your whole account.
If something goes wrong
- We work hard to keep ReadyYet running, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable or never have mistakes.
- We aren’t liable for lost profits or business, or for indirect losses. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that time.
- Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or death or injury caused by negligence.
Ending
You can stop using ReadyYet and cancel whenever you like. We can end the service with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if these terms are seriously broken. When an account closes, you can ask us for a copy of your customer list first.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any disputes.
